Base Positioning and Overview
Established in 2023 by Jacent Group in Chongqing’s Qijiang District, this base serves as the core production hub for the Southwest China market.
The 36,000 m² facility (20,735 m² building area) employs 330+ staff and operates 36 advanced EPS molding machines. With an annual output of 25,000 tons, it ranks first in Chongqing’s EPS production capacity.
Targeting the regional new energy, electronics, and home appliance sectors, the base provides "one-stop" customized services—from R&D and mold design to production, delivery, and after-sales—enabling low inventory, fast delivery, and flexible matching for customers.
In cooperation with the Chongqing Power Supply Bureau, the facility utilizes dedicated power supply and self-provided lines to guarantee stable, 24/7 year-round production.
Covering Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, and Yunnan, the base ensures 24-hour response and next-day delivery within a 500km radius, meeting the urgent production demands of local manufacturers.
