Established in 2023 with full investment by Jiasheng Group, the base is located in Chongqing's Qijiang District, serving as the core production hub for the southwest market.

Scale Strength: The base covers a total area of 36,000 m², with a building area of 20,735 m². It employs 330+ staff and is equipped with 36 new-type EPS molding machines, boasting an annual output of 25,000 tons, ranking first in Chongqing's EPS production capacity.

EPS Line: 10 Kurt + 18 Alessio energy-efficient EPS molding machines, 3 vacuum foaming machines, 17 pre-press tanks, enabling large-scale efficient production.

EPP Line: 8 EPP molding machines, complete "extrusion granulation - modification - secondary foaming - compression molding" chain, meeting high-end customized demands.

Core Production Processes

EPS Process: Full standardized control from pre-expansion, curing, molding, drying, inspection to logistics delivery.

EPP Process: Supercritical CO₂ autoclave foaming, with "raw material → extrusion granulation → modified pellet → secondary foaming → steam compression molding", ensuring lightweight, high strength, eco-friendly and stable products.
