Core Function: Custom molded EPP cushion pads, installed at the fuselage bottom and landing gear, absorb impact energy during hard landings (withstand 2m drop without damage) and reduce vibration impact on the fuselage structure and internal components. The modular EPP takeoff and landing platform is lightweight and portable, adapting to temporary takeoff and landing needs in multiple scenarios such as urban rooftops and wild areas. c. Core Function: As the thermal insulation layer of the battery pack, MPPE has a thermal conductivity ≤0.038 W/(m·K), which can effectively block heat conduction during cell thermal runaway and delay the thermal runaway propagation speed by ≥60s. The outer EPP buffer bracket absorbs vibration during flight (attenuates 5–2000Hz vibration) to avoid cell collision damage. MPPE's ultra-low water absorption and excellent insulation ensure the safe operation of high-voltage battery systems (voltage ≥400V) in high-altitude and humid environments. c. The EPS outer packaging provides thermal insulation, adapting to material transportation in cold chain logistics or high-temperature environments. c. Performance Advantage: The overall weight of the cargo hold is reduced by 60%, with a 20% increase in endurance, adapting to the outdoor transportation environment of -30°C to 60°C. d.
